THE POSITION
We are excited to be expanding across the US and are looking for several motivated, dedicated, organized and focused Remote Inside Sales Managers (ISM) to call potential clients that need help in recruiting for open positions within their organization. The ISM will present clients contracts and sign them up for our services. CLF will provide a call list, however ISM is still required to make cold calls into companies. ISM can do face to face meetings with local clients as needed.
This position is full uncapped commission until ISM meets the initial requirements to move to salary. (Generally about 90 days) ISM will earn commission on each contract that is signed and a percent of net profit from each new hire per contract. Once the ISM achieves a required sales target, the position can move to a base salary and continued percent of net profit from each new hire per contract. Full plan will be discussed during an initial phone interview.
ISM REQUIREMENTS
o Previous Inside Sales Experience preferred
o Customer Service or Retail Experience
o Excellent Communication skills
o Experience prospecting
o Experience Networking
o Experience with New Business Development
o Motivated, organized, focused and committed
o Detail Oriented
o Ability to Close a Sale
o Ability to see The Big Picture
o Can type minimum 40 wpm
o Experience using Microsoft suite
o Experience working with CRM programs - CLF USES ZOHO
