Well-Known company in the Bowling Green, Ohio area is currently hiring several Full-Time CNC Machinist and CNC Machine Set up personnel.
Key Job Duties below:
Control machines by:
o Reading Blueprints
o Looking at dimensions
o Determining sequence of operations based on part specifications
Review work order sheets to:
o Establish specific sequence
o Determine dimensions to finish work piece
Coordinate tooling, using hand and power tools, and measuring tools
Look at programming and be able to change, fix, or alter from process sheets
Detect machine issues by observation
Complete inspections required by job order/sheet and relay to upper management
Adjust machines per specifications
Specific Skills needed:
3-5 years prior experience
Ability to read blueprints and interpret
Have a programming codes understanding
Mechanical background/ In-Depth Measuring skills
Process monitoring techniques
Tow Motor experience
Multi-task between multiple machines
Work with little to no supervision
Other information:
Lift up to 70lbs as needed
Stand most of shift
Bend, reach, twist, lift
Required to work full shifts with daily/weekend overtime
Longevity and prior positions
Strong work ethic with a get the job done attitude
