TH Plastics Inc.
a custom injection molding manufacturer is now accepting applications for Assembly / Molding Operator.
This position is responsible for making a quality product within production standards that will be shipped to the customer.
STARTING PAY:
1st Shift - $16.
25 / hour 2nd Shift - $17.
40 / hour 3rd Shift - $17.

Monday - Friday 8 hour shift JOB
Responsibilities:
Communicate with operators from previous shift to receive important job information Maintain efficiency to the approved standard Inspect and pack product in accordance with the job pack Inspect the parts and sort by means of visual inspections to insure defect free Maintain the work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing, and keeping it in orderly condition Provide accurate scrap counts at the end of the shift Simultaneous use of hand tools and parts Communicate with Team Leaders and Supervisors when there are issues Complete all other duties, as assigned JOB
Qualifications:
Must have the ability to perform repetitive work in a fast paced work environment, which includes long periods of standing, occasional walking and some light lifting Must have the ability to read and comprehend written English Must be able to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication Regular on-site attendance is required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds Must be able to stand for entire scheduled shift.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
