Physical Therapist (PT) - Full Time Sign on Available MLee Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an established hospital Southwest of Toledo, Ohio.A Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation of patients referred for physical therapy treatment, formulation of treatment plan and goals, and administration of physical therapy treatments. The Physical Therapist shall be active in both inpatient and outpatient services and shall interact with all hospital departments and medical staff.Shift:

Inpatient and Outpatient areas Requirements for the Physical Therapist (PT) position:
Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program by the APTA.
Experience:
all applicants will be considered Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:
Must be licensed in the state of Ohio as a physical therapist. BLS Certification required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
